Grounded Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein

  • 1 tsp of raw cacao

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3 Brazil nuts

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1 tsp honey

  • sprinkle cinnamon
