Cinnamon Pie Smoothie
Serves 1
1 cup sweet potato, cubed, cooked
1 banana, sliced, frozen
¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
