Fruit Salad

Serves 6-8

  • 1-2 cups watermelon, cubed

  • 1-2 cups cantaloupe, cubed

  • 1-2 cups pineapple, cubed

  • 1-2 cups blueberries, fresh

  • 1-2 cups green grapes, halved

  • 1-2 cups strawberries, halved

Place all fruit in a large bowl and gently toss.

Tip: Substitute or add any ready-to-eat fruit, like chopped peaches, or raspberries.
