Not Your Typical Salmon Salad

Serves 2

  • 4 cups mixed greens

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters

  • ½ red onion, sliced

  • 2 oz feta, cubed

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, or 1 can salmon, roughly chopped

  • Half of a lime

Place 2 cups of greens into each of 2 bowls. Top with vegetables and salmon. Squeeze the lime to give the salad a little tangy flavor.
