Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

  • 1 medium ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • ½ cup plant milk

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • toppings of choice

Slice the banana and place it in a high speed blender or food processor, along with the frozen raspberries, milk, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately in a bowl with your favorite toppings.
