Be Selfish
Finding time to exercise while working full-time, being a stay-at-home parent, or going to school takes a lot of effort. Consider these workouts what you're doing for yourself and be selfish about maintaining that time.
One of my finance professors in college taught us that savings happens when you pay yourself first and then take care of everyone else like bills, loans, etc. It's a scary change to make, but it works. The same concept is true when leading a healthy lifestyle. Consider your workout - no matter how short or long - paying yourself first. Work, family, and school then fit in around this. Go ahead, be selfish.
