Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
1 apple, peeled and cored
2 cups milk (almond, soy, or coconut work too)
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp apple pie/pumpkin spice
Dash of ground ginger
Ice, as needed
Blend all ingredients on high for at least 45 – 60 seconds, until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon.
