Golden Milk Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 1 cup mango, diced, frozen

  • ½ banana, frozen

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1 tbsp. cashew butter

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • ½ tsp. ground turmeric

  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger

Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.
