Pack-and-Eat Oatmeal Cup

  • 1/2 cup 100% rolled oats 

  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds 

  • ½ tsp cinnamon 

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg 

  • ¼ tsp pumpkin seeds 

  • ¼ cup sliced almonds or pecan halves 

  • Dash of sea salt 

  • Optional toppings: dried or fresh berries; dried cranberries or Goji berries; cacao nibs

Put all ingredients in a resealable storage bag and shake well.

Measure 5 Tbsp of the oatmeal mixture and place in cup. Add half a cup of hot water and stir.
