Pack-and-Eat Oatmeal Cup

1/2 cup 100% rolled oats
1 tsp ground flax seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sliced almonds or pecan halves
Dash of sea salt
Optional toppings: dried or fresh berries; dried cranberries or Goji berries; cacao nibs
Put all ingredients in a resealable storage bag and shake well.
Measure 5 Tbsp of the oatmeal mixture and place in cup. Add half a cup of hot water and stir.
